The Construction Craft Laborer Apprenticeship Program was launched in 2022 to offer craft team members the opportunity to learn and grow their expertise with support from a Wanzek mentor. This program stands out for multiple reasons:
Participation in the program includes 360 hours of classroom training that is accredited with NCCER; 4,000 hours of on-the-job training and being paired with a journey-level Wanzek employee for mentorship. Upon completion, participants will earn the industry equivalent of an Associate degree.
