A new challenge, a new sector and a larger company that still maintained a family feel were just a few of the things that made Field Craft Recruiter Cassie Evenson interested in working in the construction industry. When she interviewed with Wanzek it was evident they offered all of that and then some.
As the Field Craft Recruiter, Cassie connects with multiple project teams across our wind and solar divisions as well as our crane crews. She provides quality and timely results to the project team as well as assisting them with staffing needs which helps build a stronger bridge between the office and site crews and in turn, grows the Wanzek culture.

With safety at the core, Cassie also likes to speak to potential employees about the Wanzek benefits, potential growth within the company and the strong backlog of work.
When she isn't recruiting, she enjoys outdoor adventures, reading and spending time with family. She especially likes peaceful mornings when she takes time to fill her bucket through exercise, reading and spending time with her husband.
