The Cottonwood Wind Farm was completed with over 99,000 labor hours, zero reworks and a satisfied client. This project is located just south of Blue Hill, Nebraska. The client worked with landowners to lease the agricultural land needed to construct the project. Cottonwood consists of 36 GE 2.3 MW and 4 GE 1.79 turbines, which reached a hub height of 80 meters, producing 90 MW of power.
