The Fort Bend project is located near Houston, Texas in old rice fields designed to hold water. Wanzek had to engineer and build this 315 MW solar farm to account for the drainage on this site. Fort Bend is Wanzek’s first project with this client and Wanzek’s biggest solar farm to date.
