Tatanka Ridge Wind

The Tatanka Wind Project included Wanzek’s first constructed self-performing substation. Due to the success of this substation, Wanzek has continued self-performing them across our projects. As Tatanka’s EPC, Wanzek was chosen to engineer, procure and construct the wind project which consisted of 56 GE wind turbines and associated foundations, civil, collection, substation, meteorological tower and operations building. This successful project came to a finish ahead of schedule along with a satisfied client.
